New LVR rules come into play 01.01.19

Its never been a better time for First Time Buyers to go shopping !

Its now even easier for First Time Buyers and Investors to get into the housing Market.

From the 1st January 2019, the reserve bank is making a couple of changes to help every day kiwis just like you to get into homes!

They will increase the number of residential loans to be approved with less than 20% deposit from 15% to 20%

Also for those wanting to purchase investment properties the deposit required is reducing from 35% to 30%
