3. Have a single income of less than $95K per annum or combined family income of less than $150K per annum.

4. Your 5% deposit which can made up from your kiwisaver and and First Home Start Grant or savings and giftings.

5. Living in your home for at least 6 months.

6. Employed by your current employer for at least 12 months or in a similar role for 12 months.
